This policy explains what data Som3ah ("we", "us") collects, why we collect it, and how it is used — including data accessed through the Google Business Profile API and the Facebook Graph API. Som3ah is a reputation management tool built for Egyptian businesses to view and reply to their own customer reviews from a single dashboard.
When you connect your Google Business Profile or Facebook Page to Som3ah, we access:
We access this data for one purpose only: to show all of your reviews in a single unified inbox, and to let you publish replies to those reviews without logging into Google or Facebook separately. We do not use this data for advertising, and we do not sell, rent, or share it with data brokers or unrelated third parties.
Review content, business details, and authentication tokens are stored on servers we operate, protected with encryption in transit (HTTPS) and access controls limiting who can view raw data. Access tokens are stored encrypted and are only used to make the specific API calls described above.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can disconnect your Google or Facebook connection at any time from within the Som3ah dashboard, or revoke Som3ah's access directly from your Google Account or Facebook Business settings. You can request full deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us below — we will delete it within 30 days.
Only you (and, if applicable, teammates or an agency you've explicitly granted access to within Som3ah) can see your connected reviews and replies. Som3ah staff may access data only to provide support or debug an issue you've reported.
Som3ah is a business tool and is not directed at, or knowingly used by, children under 18.
If this policy changes materially, we will update the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify connected businesses by email.
