These terms govern your use of Som3ah, a reputation management dashboard that lets businesses view and reply to their Google and Facebook reviews in one place. By connecting an account or using this site, you agree to the terms below.

1. Service description

Som3ah is currently in early development. This site exists to demonstrate the product and collect interest from prospective users. Features described may change before general availability, and access may be limited to a small number of pilot businesses at any given time.

2. Your account and connections

When you connect your Google Business Profile or Facebook Page, you confirm that you are authorized to manage that business's reviews. You are responsible for the accuracy of any reply you publish through Som3ah — replies are sent under your authority, to your customers, exactly as you write and approve them.

3. Acceptable use

• Don't use Som3ah to post misleading, harassing, or fraudulent replies to reviews.
• Don't attempt to access another business's connected accounts or data.
• Don't use the service in a way that violates Google's or Meta's own platform policies.

4. No warranty (pilot stage)

Because Som3ah is in early development, the service is provided "as is," without guarantee of uptime, accuracy, or availability. We'll do our best to flag known limitations to pilot users directly.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Som3ah is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including any impact on your Google or Facebook business listing resulting from a reply published through the platform.

6. Termination

You may disconnect your accounts and stop using Som3ah at any time. We may suspend access for accounts that violate these terms or misuse connected platform data.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
